Sophia's POV"Stop the car," Theo instructed the driver who halted immediately. "If you were not willing to go, why did you enter?" Theo raised his eyebrows in query. I disliked how mellow he seemed. "My boss is outside. How can you manipulate him into letting me go? Just like that? Aren't you curious about what my parents would say if I had any? Am I some useless being that could be instructed anyhow?" I complained bitterly. I felt worthless by their actions. "See it as if you were being transferred by your workplace. Meeting his grumpy grannySophia's POVThe thought that Jeffery would be in this room for as long as I don't know makes me feel troubled. I decided to do one thing, which is to tell Theo's grandmother about the situation of her grandson who has been missing for years. I was ready to bear the wrath of Theo for a man who had cheated on me. How absurd? Is that how much I loved him?Probably, this will be my last good deed. Theo pointed to the object on the floor, his nose flared in anger as he strolled forward in threatening steps.
