(Doris' Pov)"Can you even hear yourself right now?" I asked with a disgusting face.Jonas was getting on my nerves with the way he behaved and spoke in general. I had sensed that immediately I walked into the prison and saw her, together with the Reapers and some other warriors. I felt a stronger aura around her and the warriors and I knew they could face Andrew and his vampires. She stood unfazed the whole time while Andrew boasted.Suddenly, a large number of purebred vampires walked in and stood behind Andrew. Andrew immediately wore a smug look on his face as he saw the already terrified werewolves.Everyone who had joined Jonas in the prison immediately became frightened by the number of pure breeds that Andrew had brought along with him. (Doris' Pov)I was sure that if Jonas was capable, he would have rushed to beat me at this moment. I called him a puppet because he had been acting like one since this case arose, but it felt like a punch to his face as he was presently glaring at me."Just shut up you young woman!" He yelled out angrily."How dare you call me that? What do you mean by I'm a puppet to the vampires? Have you lost it?" He growled. "I do my things the way I choose to and not from being controlled by anyone. You don't dare accuse me like that because you know nothing. If you think my being nice to the vampires means that I'm a puppet then you must be out of your mind. And why wouldn't I care for my people? Are they not the ones that I'm supposed to guide? (Jonas' Pov)Even after I had called for protection, I was still left alone with no protection whatsoever. Just as the Dragon Shadow Guardian appeared they were suddenly attacked by some vampires whom Andrew had sent to them. They were fighting them and now, no one was left to protect me. I was open for any vampire to attack me.I was certain that Andrew had sent the vampires as a form of distraction to the Dragon Shadow Guardian to let me be on my own without any protection.
