Chapter 2THE NEXT DAYI woke up to the blaring sound of my alarm clock, I groaned at my stiff neck and wondered why my bed was so hard.My blurred vision cleared up and came in contact with the hard wooden floor I laid on."The hell?" I slowly stood up trying to recollect my memories, I also noticed I was naked. How I ended up on the floor naked, was a lingering question with no answer. I got up and approached my bed, turning off my alarm. I stared at my bed in a complete mess, my nightgown laid next to it, torn in two pieces. "Hey!" I heard an unknown voice and stared around but found no one."Up here silly, I am in your mind." The voice said and my heart skipped a beat.Memories of last night flashed into my mind and I recalled all that happened, fromRyan trying to rape me to my wolf saving me.My Wolf!"You are my wolf?" I said more like a question."Yes. I am Lexie and you are?" My Wolf asked and my stomach churned."I–I am Davina. T–Thank you for last night Lexie , I am gratefu

Chapter 4DAVINA’S POVI walked out of my house, tears welling up in my eyes, Levy was right next to me, she held my hand and comforted me as we strolled towards the strange men's car.Truly I had been sold to these men, but that wasn't all, they were sent by their Alpha from Golden Stone pack to purchase me and my stepmother didn't waste a second to agree to it, she had plans of getting rid of me all these while, that was why Ryan tried to rape me last night, because that was the only chance he would ever get.The deal had been finalized and there was no turning back. I agreed to go with them if only Levy could escort me, as my best friend and only family.Surprisingly they accepted my request and now I was leaving. I didn't fail to see the happiness on my stepmother's face. She was glad about my departure. Right there and then, all I had for her was nothing but hatred, and the same for Ryan, they can all just go to hell, I don't care anymore.Levy and I entered the waiting car and i

Chapter 6DAVINA’S POV"Future Luna." I gasped in fright, there had to be some mishap, they must be mistaken, I am oblivious to the first thing about being a Luna, and not just any Luna, but the Luna of Golden Stone pack, this has to be a dream, I need to wake up."It's not a dream Davina, you are indeed a Luna, and worry less, you are more than fit to be a Luna." That was all Lexie said.I had my bath in the jacuzzi mixed with warm water, Lavender bobble soap, and vanilla milk extract, extravagant. I rinsed my body and stepped out in my robe.I wore the dress Juanita picked out for me, it was a red maxi dress, fitted perfectly.I wore the fluffy slippers kept by the side and sat on the makeup table, waiting for the stylist to arrive. She did five minutes later and styled my hair in a ponytail. It was neat and beautiful, but I could have done it myself if they had given me the chance. The stylist left and I was left alone, I held my phone close waiting for Levy's call. Telepathy. My p

TRISTAN’S POVTHREE HOURS LATER"Davina did great, I didn't expect her to approach the pack so well, I am impressed with my choice., " Javier said, rolling around in his seat as usual."Yeah me either, she was good but you know that's not where it stops, we have to train her to become a qualified Luna," I replied, signing off some documents. My mind wandered to how Davina looked so breathtaking in her Gold dress, I loved her courtesy and willfulness, something I have not seen in a woman for a long time."Our mate is perfect, why don't you just accept her already," Grey growled in my head but I ignored him. That's all he keeps talking about. Our mate, I can't believe he would think of a woman or urge me to accept one after what happened in the past. Never."Tristan, are you seriously working at your Luna's coronation party? The party has already started. Let's join the others. I heard we have a lot of guests we could transact with."Go without me, and make the transactions, I need to

DAVINA’S POVTHE NEXT DAYI woke up to an empty bed, I would have thought it was all my imagination if his scent didn't stick around.Juanita and Cassy came in and I got my day started. Juanita apologized for last night but I held no grudge, Tristan was the one person I had a problem with.I chose to explore the pack today and get my mind off everything and Tristan. It occurred to me that I had never been to the pack's kitchen before, back in my house, Kate made me do all the chores, and that included cooking.Meals made by the chefs were nice, but I wanted to make something for myself this particular morning, and endeavor to live my life. I own my life, not some silly assed crazy Alpha.I took a few directions to the kitchen and met the busiest place I had ever seen.Several chefs, not even cooks, moved about and created wonders with their skilled hands. There were all females with only one male and he looked the busiest. It was like there was a warrior in the kitchen.I made my pres
