Once Elijah closed the door behind him, I sunk back down into the water, feeling my tense body relax. The water was now lukewarm, which made me want to get out, but I knew that there was nothing stopping me from adding more hot water. It would definitely give me a reason to stay in here for longer, because with my luck, if I went out here, then I would need to speak to him again because he would probably be waiting for me.
