Cody And boy, was I right. He has drilled us until our legs are shaking and the sweat is literally pouring off us. I cannot wait to hit the showers. Yet, I love it. There is something about being out on the ice. The way my skates glide, I feel as light as a feather when I’m on the ice and that sure is saying something considering I’m six foot three and made of muscle. The whistle finally blows and coach tells us we’re done for the day. “You guys better keep it clean until next week’s game and keep the drinking to a minimum. Drug testing will be random one day next week.” He skates off without looking back. For me, no problem I’m always as clean as a daisy. No drugs in this system, my body is my temple. Of course I like a few beers who doesn’t especially when you’re only in your early twenties. The game is everything to me, I don’t want to fuck up and we need our team to be on the ball next week. Playing the Tampa Bay Lightning’s is not going to easy by any stretch of the imagination
