Everyone headed back to Beth's parents' house. Beth walked Sunny in and got her set up on the living room couch as she said, "Here's a nice, cozy blanket." She then continued, "You should lie down for awhile. I will be right back. My mother is right upstairs if you need her. "Beth went back outside to tell everyone that Sunny was resting on the couch and that it would be best for everyone to leave.James looked at Beth and said, "Please take care of my sister. Beth and Sunny sat down and chatted for a while as they ate a bowl of colorful pebble cereal.Beth told Sunny that after last night's events, she should take off work and that her mother, Kathy, would keep her company.  Sunny agreed because she could have drowned and she hardly got any sleep last night. Beth reassured Sunny that her mother would be more than happy to spend time with her, as she had always been a great source of comfort during difficult times. Sunny nodded gratefully, realizing that taking a break from work would allow her to prioritize her well-being and recover from the terrifying incident. Beth went to work, and Sunny took an hour-long nap to catch up on her sleep. After she woke up from her nap, she went upstairs to Kathy's room to talk. She sat on the edge of her bed and said, "It must take a bad spirit to break something. In the passenger seat, Sunny looked over at Beth and said, "You know what? I really have to use the restroom." Beth sighed and replied, "Can you just hold it?
