Aubrey's POVI'll see you next time! Chat or text ate Aubrey, "said Dana, then one by one came up to me and kissed me on my cheek and I hugged them tightly."Thanks for this!" Then I lifted the ripped jeans they made yesterday and they smiled. She doesn't have a sister. When Brother Leon fights you, just call me and we'll back up. Then when he has a woman, tell me we'll salvage her! " Shana said, then hugged me again and kissed me repeatedly on the cheek.Be careful, girls, when you're hoping. It's dangerous when you're the only one, "I said, then picked up my phone and was on the camera."Okay, so Say bye, "I said, and clicked the capture button.I'll just tag you. I'll upload it. I swear! " I said, then waved my hand again and got into Leion's car. This is our last day here in Batangas and we are on our way home to Manila. It's sad because we're far away and I'm busy coming back to Manila, especially since I'm about to join our company to be the acting president, so that Dad can lea

Aubrey's POVI feel like a fool wandering around the room while holding my phone.Earlier, I was calling Leion. It's past seven o'clock. Until now, he still hasn't left me a message. Unlike before, before 5, in the morning, he had a message immediately and he also promised that we would have a date today, especially since this is our fifth month anniversary and he said we would have dinner in the evenings. But until now he hasn't texted me or done any follow up about our dinner date later that night, and I'm really worried now.Last night he also didn't text me and he also didn't pass me in my office, so I look like a fool now in my room while I was staring at my phone.I cry, especially when I feel like I have nothing to cling to in this kind of weather.I can't even contact Joanna. And he really has no intention of feeling it because for almost five months he hasn't shown up or even appeared.Joanna's aunt and uncle were too scared because she ran away.So that's another issue with

Aubrey's POVI'm in the condo unit now, especially since I still can't contact Leion. He's been gone for almost three days and I'm really scared and nervous, especially since even Dana and Shana don't know where Leion is.My phone rang, so I immediately ran to answer it.What's up, Aubrey? Why haven't you been in the office until now? I'm worried. PJ was the only one calling, so I fell to the floor and closed my eyes tightly. I was weakening.I'm fine. Don't worry about me. I can take care of myself. Just focus on what I said, "I said, then quickly ended the call.I'm still soft and I don't know what to do now.I feel like a fool waiting for Leion to make me feel and even though I'm tired, I still have to wait for Leion's call because maybe later he will suddenly call and I will miss it."Where are you? I'm worried about you, "I whispered in emptiness, and I just stared at the ceiling of my unit and just lay on the floor."I'm so tired," I chased, then I put my hand over my eyes while

Aubrey's POV"Guys, I'm just cr, "I said to Shana, who was currently holding a beer and dancing right at our table.I've been looking at it before because the four of them are drinking and drinking alcohol.I just had the cocktail, and I don't have any alcohol yet. Maybe later, the lion will catch up with me and get mad at me.He already said that I am not allowed to drink, and of course I will follow him because I know that it is for me too, so he doesn't want me to taste alcohol."All right, sister. Be careful. Come back! Don't run away, "Jana said, then I nodded and walked to the darkened part of the bar while I held my pouch bag.I also brought my car so they wouldn't have to take me home to my unit. When I entered the cr, it was as if I was stuck where I was standing when Carmie's face met hers as she slowly turned in front of me and smiled foolishly."Look who's here," she said, then flipped her hair and looked at me from head to toe and laughed foolishly. The way he laughed was

Joanna's POVEarlier, I was standing outside Aubrey’s condo unit.I know that I am a very bad friend to him because I just showed up and made him feel good after 8 straight months. I heard about them and Leon that they are okay again, so just support me. I don't want to contradict him, especially if he makes me happy.I’m starting to swallow it outside and take note! It was past 12 in the morning and no Aubrey had entered the unit. The security said that Aubrey left earlier at noon, and it was surprising because there was no response when I rang the doorbell and also at their house.I also asked Aubrey's secretary in his office earlier, but they also said they didn't have it and they didn't have any instructions. My forehead frowned as I remembered Leion and Triny to call"The number—""Your mother!" I then threw my phone back into my bag while I was sober. My eye caught Audrey's cracked door, so I gently pushed the door open and it opened!Tanga tanga ko!What's up, Aubrey? Are you th

Aubrey's POV"What pj! You answer if life doesn't bite you! " I shout while throwing so many pillows. He just hides everything I throw at him and sighs."Calm down please. I can explain what happened. What iexplain! You're done exploiting me! ""EXPLOITATION?!" He shouted, so I was pushed back into bed and I seemed to be swallowed up by shame, so I feel like his bed will eat me anytime."Uhh. "Kase naman," I whispered. I was covered with a pillow on my face and all my blood was rising to my face.I am assuming you really are Aubrey! Embarrassing Frequently, if we assumeI didn't do anything to you. I just took care of you last night. You were wasted and devastated. And I don't know how to comfort you, so I'll bring you here to my unit. Don't worry, I didn't dress you. Joanna-""Are you Joanna?" I said with excitement, and I stood up on the bed.Pj put the tray on the side table, then handed me the water and pulled my hair to the back of my ear while he stared into my eyes."Thank you,

Aubrey's POVAs I stared at the lion, tears streamed down my cheeks. The lion was on top of Carmie while they were doing that, and I could see the enjoyment on their faces."L-lion?" I said, then he just looked at the side of the door and his face seemed to have lost color. He also looked at the side of the door and smiled at me foolishly when he kissed Leion again.I can't take a breath.I don't know, but It looks like someone is holding my breath right now.I turned around, then I walked away from the door and quickly walked out of Leion's unit while holding onto my chest. I didn't know how to breathe all the pain I had seen before.I keep holding my chest as I try to stop the tears from coming out of my eyes.I was at the elevator door when I hit the ground floor.Aubrey! " Wait, let me explain-"It's a good thing the elevator door closed quickly and the lion didn't catch up with me inside.I leaned against the wall and closed my eyes as my back slid into the elevator.I tried to s

Aubrey's POV"Hi," I greet them while Ferti's friends are busy packing their stuff.I spent almost an hour wandering around inside Ferti's condo while I watched her friends. One week from now, we plan to vacation in Zambales, and they are all excited. I'm also excited about our vacation, especially before they're together.Aubrey, Ferti's tall and model-like female friend, approached me.All of them are almost my age and have had her for life, but they prefer to enjoy it as long as they don't have heavy responsibilities."Don't you know us?" She asked while holding my hand, and I smiled softly. It's humiliating. They introduced themselves last night, but I still don't remember their names.I'm Geraldine, while the one with shoulder-length wavy hair is Anna. Here are Gerald, Jake, and Nathan, "Then he pointed to the one in black, the one in red, and Jake, who I already knew. I almost lost my shyness when Geraldine approached me."Thank you for joining me right away while you just met me

Aubrey's POVFerti was with me in my car; he was driving and I was in the passenger seat; the window was just open while I was wearing shades and the sun roof of my car was lowered."Aubrey, are you sure you won't take your best friend to Zambales?" Ferti asked, then I quickly turned around.True,Let her be busy with their family business, "I said, then I pulled my wavy hair carried by the wind."Aren't you busy with your family business? You know your only child, "she said, and handed me a beer in a can.I accepted it and opened it.True,But my dad did it instead. I don't have any plans to manage yet. I thought that mom was pregnant and I was going to have a brother, "I said, then closed my eyes firmly on the bitterness of the beer."Wow. What a confession! I'm so lucky because you informed me that there would be the next montezur. And I'm excited because we will see you during the time there when there is a party, especially when there are business parties. "She smiled bitterly as s

Aubrey's POVIt was our second day here in Zambales and we are now on private property. When Geraldine and I own it, and we are close to the beach, we can get there quickly."Guys, what's our next activity for tonight?" Jake asked, then he flipped the empty beer bottle.Maybe we'll have a party on the beach tonight and I'll know until 6 that morning, "said Nathan, then I sat on the couch and we got a beer and piatos for them to pick up."Our outfit is so nice. We'll go jet-skiing later, so this is what we're wearing, "said Ferti, who was sitting on the seat even though he was wearing short shorts and ripped while his shades were on and his loose shirt was hanging."Aubrey, why didn't you bring them Dana and Shana? They're sulking, "Dave said while holding his phone."Gagu. You see, I was deceived and made to hope that he'd take his relative with me. I know I'm stupid, but I'm not that stupid, "I joked, then I took some chips and they stared at me. And it's like they're waiting for me
