Jaime The noises were torture. I wished they would stop. I didn’t know if they were in the room with me or outside the door. I walked around the outside of the room, feeling around the walls for a light switch, a door handle, a blacked out window, a chair to sit on, basically any form of escape or respite from having to continuously stand.
