Delilah has now come from the ritual and has come to bless the deceased. I’m still in shock that Atticus’s life had been cut short and everything after speaking to his mother was a blur. The pyres are lit and everyone starts to head off when Delilah announces a coven meeting in the main hall in a hour. Delilah walks in step with me thanking me for all my assistance she then asks me to follow her back to the high priestess’s cottage. We walk into the ritual room the pentacle laid in the middle with the elements on each star point there’s a table with feathers, water, animal bones, sand, ashes and all sorts of crystals spread among it. She asks for the key I told no one about so I presume I can trust her judgement. She knocks on the table three times then pulls it forward and lifts up an alter cloth that decorated the wall. She puts the key in and turns it in the lock and it soon opens. She clears the contents and sets them down on the dining table before wandering back into the ritual
