Azalia felt her heart race inside her chest as she looked at the Lavan escort approaching the Adom castle. It was constituted of several soldiers and a few servants, the Lavan Queen herself as well as two of her advisors leading the way. They had gone to bed late last night. The banquet after her coronation had lasted a long time, but Azalia had had a lot of fun talking with different guests and gossiping with Esther. She had enjoyed watching Esther playing hard to get with the Yarok prince, unlike Yael, who had tried seducing Nehorai the whole evening... without any success.
