He pulled off his mask and handed it over to the other doctor who came out with him. “Nick, I'm asking. Tell me, how's my daughter.”“She’s fine, Izabelle. She's okay. You don't have to worry anymore.”“Is she alright? Can I see her?”“Like I said, Rosie is fine. She is a fighter and knows that she shouldn't make her Mommy worry. It was all God's doing. She had a regular fever like every other person and that is the reason why I’m here telling you that she's okay.”“I'm so grateful.”“We give all thanks to God. If this happens and it's not a regular fever, I don't know what we would be saying right now.”“Thank God and thank you so much, Nick. Thank you,” she took a few steps and gave Nick a big hug before breaking away and intending to get into the room her daughter was in. “Wait Izabelle,” his deep voice stopped her from taking any more steps.
