Arianna:I got up from bed, frowning as my shoulder ached, but I knew that I couldn’t lay on this bed forever. The fact that I had nurses on my head on an almost hourly basis was something that annoyed me, but I also knew that it was because the Alpha asked them to be. Being as intolerant as I was, I knew that whatever painkillers they were going to give me, they were not going to do me good. I would need more to keep the pain from waking me up at night, and that was something that I knew very well.I sighed and walked to the bathroom, I needed to freshen up and wash my face after all the crying. And Dean’s mother didn’t make the stress that I was in any better. If anything, she simply treated me like carrying the child was my fault. The one thing that I was thankful for about her entering the room that night was her removing the cuffs and taking them with her. Her son didn’t think of putting them back again. Maybe she asked him not to, or maybe he just chose not to do so. Either way

Arianna: I watched as the door opened, revealing the Alpha who looked at me as if I’ve grown a second head. His beta was in the room with me, and had I thought that his sweet gesture was permanent, the beta proved to me that I was wrong. The man has been quiet since he got me to sit on top of the bed after I was ready with the shirt and pants, and no matter what I asked or tried telling him, he was quiet, making sure that I was just sitting on the bed. And needless to say, he hasn’t even bothered looking at me as if I was now some pest that he wanted to get rid of. The Alpha’s eyes were fixed on mine for a few seconds, making chills run down my spine as even my wolf grew nervous under the intense gaze of the Alpha. I didn’t know where things were going to take us, but I had to admit, I didn’t like it. Arianna: I walked up the stairs the second that we got to the plane. My chest ached with every step that I took as I recalled the Alpha’s words as he planned to kill me after I gave birth. The idea of my baby living without his mother was something that pained me, and though it wasn’t the reason why I was angry, I couldn’t help but want to break his neck; however, I knew better than to try a funny move like that, not yet anyway. The man who was aiming to see me letting my guard down before he attacked was the same coward that I was going to break when I had the chance. All I had to really do was fight back against my pain and anger, and that wasn’t going to be done when I was being as emotional as I was. I walked inside the plane and waited for the Alpha to come up, wanting to know where he wanted me to sit. I wasn’t the type who was submissive, not in such a term anyway, but at this point, I was raging, and I was in pain. “You can go inside and sit wherever you want,” he said

Arianna: I watched as the plane landed before the Alpha got up from his chair and walked toward me. The man didn’t bother waiting for the plane to come to a stop at the runway. However, that was the least of my concerns. “We are going to leave the plane in a few minutes.” He said, but I didn’t bother looking at him as I kept my eyes on the runway. “I don’t want any issues, Arianna. I will not let them slide this time.” “Sure, you won’t,” I said, rolling my eyes as I unbuckled my belt. I waited for the plane to come to a stop before getting up before he did. The Alpha got up afterwards and I watched as he walked toward the door before following him. Four cars waited for us downstairs, and I had to ignore the pain that I felt in my chest as I realized that I was here, held hostage, by the man who was my mate. Arianna:I sat on the edge of the bed as I got lost in my thoughts. My heart raced against my chest as I feared the outcome that would be happening out of what was going to happen. I didn’t even know how things were going to go as things went by now that I was here with the Alpha. The fear that I had about the family finding out that it was my father and my pack who caused the ambush scared me, and the idea of the woman, Irina, finding out about it told me that things were not going to end well if that happened.“You need to eat, Arianna.” Alpha Dean said, entering the room. The man walked out of the room without saying a word after the two of us argued earlier, and though I didn’t understand his reasons, I couldn’t help but worry about further reactions if things proceeded the way that they were. The man could easily hurt me and that was something that I didn’t want to deal with. It was something that scared me. “Is she going to hurt me when she hears that it was my father who did
