Lucius's POVThe security had been increased just like I had instructed and I worked harder, moving between my pack and the human city to make sure no loopholes were left open.As the day to the party drew closer, I couldn't help the dreadful feeling that ate at the back of my mind.With Patrick lurking in the corners, I knew this was a very risky mood.I thought of canceling it but I soon rejected that idea. Lucius's POVI stood in the castle conference room. A large war room was different from the one we used for the emergency meeting the last time I got called from my honeymoon.This was the main room in the pack's castle. A place where a lot of wars and chaos had been planned and strategize to victory. But today, I was going to save Diane's father and hopefully calm the rest of the council long enough to return home to find my Diane.But first, I had to remind these people who were the leaders in the room. How could they call an urgent meeting; pull such a stunt on me and then pretend to be too tired to attend the meeting?
