A video message from Rose was what Nicholas received. All efforts to call her number after proved abortive. After seeing the video, he decided to call with every other person's phone but it wasn't going. When he finally tracked the phone for the few minutes someone switched it on, he found it with a homeless man. The phone was thrown into the trashcan.
