It wasn't until late in the afternoon that Mathew had some free time to go for his lunch break. As he made his way out of the company's building, he dialled Audrey's number. A heavy sigh escaped Maddie's throat as she closed the door of her bedroom behind her after stepping into the room. She moved straight to her wardrobe and opened it, reaching for the upper part of it to bring down a small wooden box. Maybe it was because of Jake's question but now her mind was flooded with the dream she had buried. Bringing the box along with her to the bed, Maddie sat on the bed and heaved in another sigh, even more heavier than the previous one, and then she pulled the box, which she had placed on the bed in front of her, closer. As Maddie and Andrew made their way into the park hand in hand, she observed the environment and reminisced on her childhood years when her parents would bring Mathew and her to the park to play.
