It took about an hour for everything necessary to be done; but eventually, Sandra accompanied Lanny into the ambulance, while Esther gave her statement to the police that arrived on the scene. Sandra, under Derek Quinton’s instructions placed a call to Esther for some updates relating to Lanny’s accident. A new day dawns in Townsville; only this time, there were no sun rays beaming into the Phoenix Cabin. A morning thunderstorm greeted Charles’s room. Perhaps disturbed by the lightning and thunder, Charles decided to wake up and take an early morning shower. Looking at the time after exiting his bathroom, Charles realized it was only six in the morning. The Phoenix Mafia would not assemble at the garage until three hours later. What was he going to do for three hours? With options in mind, Charles walked down the stairs to the kitchen to hydrate himself before starting his morning workout. Back in the Phoenix Cabin, the team is back in the garage, seated around the meeting table. The atmosphere was tense; and understandably so.Victoria was still visibly shaking in anger in her seat. She did not utter a word since leaving the abandoned construction site. There was not a single one of Preston’s security still standing after receiving such a huge electric shock.
