Chapter Twenty Two.Mercy’s POV. I spotted Laura sitting alone on the bench by the training grounds, her arms crossed, head down, and her usual scowl plastered on her face. The air was cool, but not cold, and the distant sound of swords clashing filled the background as others practiced. Laura had always been distant, closed off.
