it had only been the first day of school for her and Kira already felt like giving up. when she crawled into Shane's bed that night, she couldn't help thinking if the effort she was putting into this was even worth it in the first place. she didn't belong here, but did she even have any hopes of one day leaving? the education system here was better than anything she had ever dreamt of. but the environment was cruel. Kira hadn't felt at ease ever since the incident 2 days ago. It was because she hadn't expected everyone to be paying too much attention to her all of a sudden. it was now just two days before the full moon and Kira still haven't found where the safety Chambers were located at. the main problem was she couldn't stray far from Shane or Ashton without alerting them, and she didn't want to bother them with this task as well. so far she had been entirely dependent on them since arriving in the mad pact, they sheltered her and fed her, and all she could do to repay them was cook their meals, she knew it wasn't enough. Kira didn't want them thinking that she was afraid of them or anything, if Shane or Sebastian had thought that their transformation was going to be a serious problem then they would have surely told her but none of them had mentioned it apart from Ashton. Maybe Ashton had exaggerated the entire thing or maybe both brothers had just forgotten, either way, she needed to find that safety Chambers just to be on the safe side. the day mostly went by blandly as there was nothing else to do apart from attending classes and then coming back

Kira struggled in his hold as he kissed her deeply. She knew she shouldn't be doing this with Dylan, especially not after Shane had told her to avoid the man.
