Ariel saw Williams point an arrow at Damien and as soon as she saw him pull it, she quickly jumped in front of Damien and the arrow hit her. The second the arrow hit Ariel ’s chest she fell to the ground and being a few paces away from him, he could not catch her before she fell. He just watched as she fell to the ground in an instant. He could not understand why she had jumped in front of him but after seeing her fall now, he realized what had happened immediately seeing Williams still holding the bow in his hands looking stunned as well. He stood shocked seeing Ariel fall to the ground before dropping the weapon and storming off deep into the woods.Damien ignored Williams the instant he saw him and quickly ran towards Ariel laying and bleeding profusely on the forest ground. Damien jerked awake the moment the door creaked and he stood, widening his legs in a way that suggested he was ready for a fight against an enemy that wasn't present. Damien returned to the room in the hospital where Ariel laid, her condition now worsening. He entered to see the doctor and nurses around her trying to examine her condition. The doctor there was checking the life machine they had placed Ariel on and the nurses all stood too watching him and awaiting his directives. Damien inside the room now became confused as to what they were doing there. He had left her side not long ago and she was perfectly okay so he wondered what the problem might be now as anger began to build within him. He began demanding from them what was wrong and what they were there doing to her. Restless and impatient for an answer, he began snapping at everyone there.
