Elora’s POVI woke up the next morning still feeling tired from last night. I took a deep breath as I opened my eyes. Last night was really a night to remember. I looked to the other side of the bed and there I saw Dominic still sleeping while his arms were wrapped around my waist. I sighed once again as I stared at his face. Dominic looked like an angel when he was asleep. In this state, you will not see him as the Alpha King who had an ancient spirit wolf that wiped out the rogues in the Fire Valley. With that, I caressed the side of his face which made his eyelids move. Dominic’s POVThe Jackstone Pack was the pride of the western region. Unlike the Royal Pack, Jackstone territory was still untouched by industrialization. Its borders were rich in mineral deposits and other natural resources. This was the reason why a lot of packs wanted them to invade the place but because of its strategic position, it was hard to penetrate their security. This was probably the reason why the previous alphas decided to seclude the place. Protecting their peace was their utmost priority. In time, things change. Now, the previous alpha, Samuel Miller, had opened their pack borders to outsiders for the first time in years of seclusion. And with his unexpected mateship with one of our own, I knew that this relationship would be beneficial for us. Everything was good this morning until Samuel threw the question about marriage.
