Flashback For the past two weeks, I've been working from home because Regina is due at any minute. The doctor didn't give us an exact date but it should be today or tomorrow. Or the day after. Fuck, no one knows. Who knew childbirth was so complicated? Men who've never experienced it don't know how stressful this shit is. The cravings are nothing compared to the worry I feel every time she's out of my sight. I'm worried she might start having cramps that might lead to something happening to her or the baby. Then there's the fact that she trips over her own feet even when she's walking on even ground. I resorted to having some of the guys follow her around the house to prevent any accidents. And now that she's almost due, I stay in her room at night in case she needs anything. This is what she's turned me into. No one outside this compound would believe half the shit I've done for this woman who is supposed to be my enemy's daughter. Not even my mother gets some of these privileges.
