I got on my feet but I couldn't move. I stared at his back in shock. I felt a soft touch on my arm. "Are you okay, Em?" Sisily asked. "I brought you this. Do you want something else?" Aidan asked us. "You don't need to do this, Aidan." Dejectedly, I slammed down. "She doesn't look ok." Aidan got in his seat. "What happened? You can share." Sisily muttered. "You know what's happening?" I leaned closer. "Everyone knows. The Alpha king and his betas are going to the Dark World. No one was injured. But we don't know what the future has in store for us." Aidan muttered, resting his arms on the table and he leaned forward. "No one knows that, Aidan." She said. "Ember," I turned, hearing my name. My smile broadened seeing him. "Dad," I jumped on my feet and embraced him. "Congratulations," He kissed my head and patted my back. "Thanks. I thought you'd come the next day, I didn't even see Mother." I complained.
