A force slammed into Kendrick, shoving him away and stopping him from shifting fully. Jack looked up and relief weakened him when he saw Leo. Beside him, Xavier and Jack dragged themselves out of the crashed car. Smoke billowed out from the bumper and the tires were exploded. "What the hell just happened?", Jack groaned.
