When we first arrived at his place, he unlocked the front door and turned on the lights before I ever realized how big it was. In the dark, I couldn’t tell that this used to be an old warehouse. However, as we moved around the apartment to turn on all the lights, I got an eyeful the moment it was all illuminated. It is quite amazing and decorated with beautiful paintings, from many different art styles. I hardly would have guessed that he is a fine art collector, by his clothing and the people he associates himself with.Feeling his hands slide up the outside of my lower legs, I see his eyes peek up from between my feet. Deciding to do this the “right way” this time, his words not mine, he is taking tonight nice and slow. Cradling my foot in his hands, he leans down and licks my arch. “Would you like some breakfast?” He asks me while holding up a piece of toast and smiling? This morning has been interesting already. Not only did he refuse to touch me last night, but this morning as soon as he opened his eyes, he bypassed me and came downstairs to make breakfast. When I walked down the stairs, I heard him making happy noises in the kitchen and thought it was very odd to hear him so cheerful.I have never heard him this way before. Is it possible that I have been misjudging him all this time? Could he be different than he portrays himself to be at the club? All these questions run around my head as I sit there just trying to figure out what gives.Cocking my head, I smile and answer in a soft tone of voice, “Yes, please.” Before he hands me a plate with eggs, bacon and hashbrowns on it. The eggs are sunny side up and the bacon done just right, not too crisp. When he hands me the piece of wheat toast, I notice that he has already spread strawberry jam on it.
