After the wedding night, Sabrina assumed that everything would be alright especially when Kenneth was so gentle in their lovemaking. Little did Sabrina know that she would be maltreated by Kenneth and his family.Shortly after their wedding, Kenneth's behavior changed dramatically. He began to treat her like a mere servant. He has no other woman because it was not allowed. Gabriel McBride was so strict when it comes to that. While she was cleaning the entire house, her mind was preoccupied with finding a way to get back at Kenneth. She couldn’t forgive him for being mean to her! He really thought that he could keep on mistreating her.The only room she hadn't cleaned yet was the man's bedroom, so she felt a bit nervous as she knocked on its door. She knocked several times, but the man still didn't open it. So Sabrina impulsively kicked the door and didn't stop until she heard the sound of the latch turning from the inside. As expected, Kenneth's face scowled as he opened the door for Sabrina."Did I disturb you?" she asked him, sounding a bit foolish.Kenneth let out a sigh of exasperation at her and asked, “Why don’t you ask yourself, Sabrina? After kicking the door, you had to ask me that?” Then, he shook his head in disbelief or annoyance.Sabrina just grinned despite hearing an earful from her husband. Kenneth looked so pissed that he looked like he was about to throttle her or spank her. Still, she d

Kenneth held his stomach as he repeatedly went back and forth to the bathroom. He didn't know what he ate, but his stomach suddenly started hurting after dinner. He wanted to call Sabrina to bring him some medicine, but he was afraid that she would just laugh at him, so he decided to stay quiet and endure the pain alone. Besides, her stomach might also hurt because they ate the same thing. He was tired of going back to the bathroom, but he had to do it to avoid making a mess in his room. Every time he dozed off due to extreme drowsiness, he would suddenly feel the urge to relieve himself. Around two in the morning, Kenneth thought of going out of his room to cook noodles or anything that could soothe his stomach. Besides, he had already emptied everything he ate for dinner, so he was hungry again."What are you doing here?" he raised his voice when he found the woman in the kitchen."My stomach hurts, I can't sleep, so I cooked a chicken soup. Are you okay?" Sabrina asked him because

Sabrina thought that maybe if she didn't confess to the wrongdoing, Kenneth wouldn't torment her so much. She found herself in a more difficult situation. Even though she wanted to leave, she couldn't because she was afraid that Kenneth would have her imprisoned. Several times she had thought that if she ended up in jail, her mother would come and visit her. No, her father would be furious and only God knows what would happen to anyone who dared to hurt his princess. Then, there was his grandfather!Whenever Kenneth became excessively arrogant and she was itching to respond, she always reminded herself to stay calm. But she didn't know if the man was intentionally seeking her out or what, because he was always looking for her. She had to be occupied at all times. As long as the man hadn't gone to sleep, she wasn't allowed to sleep either."After you finish washing t

Sabrina cheerfully greeted him. When Kenneth remembered the audacity of his wife last night, he felt annoyed and wanted to retaliate. But how could he get back at a woman who didn't care about anything? Sabrina proved to him that she was not sane. His family has mistreated her since the wedding and yet, she continued to act as if she was the happiest in the world."Is the food ready?" he asked."Of course! Please have a seat, and I'll serve you," Sabrina replied. While waiting for the woman to bring the food, Kenneth couldn't help but gaze at her plump buttocks. Perhaps Sabrina felt him looking at her from behind because she suddenly turned around. He immediately shifted his gaze to avoid the woman realizing that he was slowly starting to n

When it comes to choosing his wife, Gabriel would have a last say on the matter. After Daniel’s engagement to an heiress named Isabelle Ortega, Kenneth was tagged as the popular bachelor in town, but over time, Kenneth had grown weary of his reputation as the most sought-after bachelor in the country.Women from diverse backgrounds constantly pursued him, leaving him exhausted from deflecting their advances. He often questioned whether these women would still be interested in him if he had nothing to offer, or if he were dirt poor. Then, he couldn’t help but envy his brother for having the m

The room was dark when she entered, and she had anticipated that he might refuse her request. However, she had already stepped inside and turned on the lamp beside his bed. He gasped in surprise upon seeing her but he had no choice but to keep quiet. With Sabrina in the other room, they shouldn’t make unnecessary noise.“I thought you are going to wait for me in the garden,” he reminded her.“Yes, I was supposed to, but I miss you already, Ken,” she replied and then she heard him groan and curse simultaneously before he hugged her.“I miss you too, Isabelle, but this is risky! My wife is in the other room and she might hear us!”“Or she wouldn’t! Sabrina was probably tired, don’t you think?”“Well, she must be tired from doing everything earlier. Where’s Daniel? Isn’t he home yet?”Isabelle shook her head without giving further details. Her husband suddenly became busy after the wedding. Meetings here and there, and he neglected her wife. Fortunately, his brother was kind enough to ac
