The surprised Turstin couldn't believe his eyes. This can’t be, there is no possible way that woman could have made it back and beat us to the town, we are on horses and she went the opposite way. Seeing her at the edge of the water, made Turstin wonder about the excruciating pain that she was going through, this scene made him remember his mother’s death also. “Oh mother, I miss you so much,” he thought to himself. Turstin remembered, the days when his world could seem so narrow, she will tell him the right words to snap him out of it. Whenever he was afraid, she said the things that gave him back his courage. Turstin consoled himself, with his mother dinning with the moon goddess in the palace of Gold, but deep down he wished she was here to see what he had become, the Alpha, the great sage to be. Melnyk continued to pace around the big castle of Helores. He walked aimlessly and had no destination in mind. The only thing that was on his mind was his Luna, Zafira. She had been gone for a while now but Melnyk still grief like she had died a day before. He could recall all that he did the day Luna passed away. He had gotten an emergency meeting in the city of Karak. Melnyk would have asked Zafira to come and accompany him, but he thought about his boys and decided to leave their mother alone. He was done with the meeting when his friend Baku persuaded him to stay for the night. After many tries; he had reluctantly agreed to stay for the night. To Melnyk, the night was long as he and his wolf just had a feeling that something was wrong. In his mind, he could not place what was wrong exactly but heshe had this feeling that something was wrong. "Hope it all went well?” a voice said from inside the dark alleyway. It was Cole, his gamma. With a stressed face, Turstin answered“I can’t say for sure” and added “Get me Sorren, tell him to meet me in my chambers”Turstin started to walk back to the castle, alongside Amelia. He thought about how this beautiful creature had got him doing things he thought he will have never done in his adult age, like escorting a lady to immerse her father’s ashes.“By the moon goddess I shall do it all to protect this abandon Lady,” he said out loud. Though reluctant to follow him, they finally made it to his room. Turstin began to take off his armour by its hanger. At first, Amelia stood around as if she was absorbing the enormity and elegance of his room, he knew her father was a carpenter but he had seen where she lived, it was an average home. Amelia headed straight for the bed and laid on it looking at Turstin with all emotional disgust. “Get it over with” She slurred.He was cut by surprise.

The light illuminated his room, it was morning already, and Turstin couldn’t believe what time it was, He sat up on the bed, and rubbed the remnants of the sleep off with his left hand. It was still morning, though he had wished he had woken up earlier. It took a flash for Amelia's thought to hit Turstin as soon as he was fast awake. He stood up from his bed and made his way to the bathroom, his head hurts a bit from the stress from yesterday, he cleaned himself up. Said his prayers to the moon goddess.
