CRYSTAL I closed my eyes nervously, exhaling and inhaling. Even though I knew I had been doing this for some weeks, my legs still felt too heavy to walk me. CRYSTAL I walked briskly towards my little apartment. I had talked to Bailey about my sudden urgent relocation to Toronto. She wailed loudly like a child. She didn't want me to go and I also didn't want to go but my hands were tied. She did inquire of the reason and I just cooked up a story that my sister got a job offer there.
