When Selene faded from sight, I stood and walked into the house. As soon as I stepped in, I could smell my favorite scent (besides that of my mate, of course) … bacon! I walked into the kitchen, refilled my coffee and asked my grandma, “Anything I can do to help?” She smiled, “Today is your special day. You sit and take it easy. I can take care of all the cooking.
