Adriana's eyes nearly exploded out of her head when she read what was written under Skyler's name. The guy was a bag of achievements that makes Bill Gates look like an underachiever. The revelation that the Skyler from the club was the same as Skyler Rivers her betrothed spun a fire inside her to track him down if for any other thing to satisfy her curiosity that it was really the same guy. It's been a stressful week with all the leg work he needed to do for the smooth assimilation of the new company he just acquired for his father. Adriana grew nervous as the phone began to ring, her heart sped up, racing in her chest while her hands grew a little cold. She didn't know why she was nervous, but she was. The phone rang for a while without being picked making me a little worried. Has the guy gone to bed? She could feel the expectant looks from her friends and that was worsening her nerves. A weak embarrassing smile appeared on her lips as she continued to listen to the phone ring without being picked up.
