I did not get any answer from the two, so I paused in my tracks, and my eyes took turns looking at Skye and then at Gab, asking silently what was wrong. Before anyone could say anything, Skye continued with her words while checking my safety belts securely fastened. “I was there the whole time my dad was restitching your wound.
