"What did you say?" exclaimed Leonardo. "The woman you ran over on the street is no longer alive." Angela said flatly. "I didn't hit that girl; she was the one running past, so I hit her; it was an accident!" Angela sensed the seriousness in Leonardo's reactions; he hadn't expected Angela's news.
