Matteo's pov~ I stormed out the room furiously and punched the wall. Why do we always end up here. All I wanted was to go apologize for my behavior towards her as soon as she woke up but ended up leaving her in tears and leaving the room. Aagghh.... I needed a drink to cool down. On my way to my home office, I sighted Santi coming in my direction, I guess he was going to my room. “Hey man” he said as soon as we met each other. The look on his face instantly turned to a curious one when he saw me. “What are you doing here?” I asked as we both started walking to my office. “I came to speak to you about something important”. “But before that why'd you have that look on your face? You look like someone just busted you balls” he said laughing at his own joke when we entered the office but I only glared at him and sat down. “It's Sofia... We had an argument and I said horrible things to her... Ugghh... What's wrong with me?” I said slamming my fist in the desk.

Matteo's pov~It was now 8:00pm and doctor Sam advised it was better for Sofia to stay the night for supervision. I sent Santi home to go rest while I stayed here though he insisted he stayed with me but I refused. I pushed the thought of Mariella calling me, I'd deal with that later. I couldn't believe she flew all the way to America. I had gone to a nearby restaurant to eat because the hospital food was disgusting. SOFIA'S POV~ After making phone calls with my parents, I was so relieved and happy that I didn't notice I had started tearing up. I spoke to them and ensured that they wouldn't worry too much about me. I also called Whitney and Nora who were so excited to finally speak to me. Whitney threatened to come here and deal with Matteo for taking me away from them, while Nora asked about my well being and cautioned me on taking good care of my health and the baby. I really enjoyed the chat with the girls as we laughed and joked around until I had to say goodbye to them which ended with us crying.
