Beatrice sat on the bed, she took a band and tied her hair in a ponytail.  She looked at Clark and saw how happy he was playing with Trisha.  They had arrived at the hotel room. "Uncle, I am gonna be six years soon, don't you think i need a bestie?" She asked in her little voice. "Hmm" Clark replied with a hum. "So what do you think about Kim?" "Who's Kim?" Clark asked.  "Clark, why the surprise visit?" Beatrice suddenly asked. "Nothing, I am free for now, so I thought of handling things over here. Meanwhile, you will go back to London taking the next flight." Came Clark's reply.  Beatrice scoffed, she nodded not wanting to say anything. But deep down she knew it was because of Brandon. 'For years now, am remembering Skylar. She gave me some unfinished answers to my questions...I need to know more. My sacrifice of signing those divorce papers shouldn't be in vain' She said inwardly.

Brandon was in his office, he wasn't thinking but was busy working.  His fingers were moving fast, tapping the buttons of the laptop.  Since work was the only thing that could cheer him up, he decided to work.  The office door suddenly opened and Sarah walked in.  She didn't say a word, she sat down and places the papers she was holding on the table.  Brandon lifted his gaze up from the computer and then stared at the papers.  He didn't have to say the words, the look on his face implied that he was asking what it was. "My resignation letter" Sarah said in a cold voice, which got Brandon wondering what was wrong. "I am resigning" She spelt out, as if she read his mind that he didn't understand what she first said. At that moment, Beatrice came out of the room.  She was surprised when she saw Brandon.
