Currently, at one of the bookstores located at the nearby mall searching for materials on her school's project, her attention suddenly got caught by someone who called out her name.  "Gav, is that you?" Her head automatically turned to check the owner of the voice who called out her name. Her eyes widen in surprise when she found out it was nothing but Cedric Miguel Villacencio- the person that bothers her mind for days now. Strange but she keeps on thinking about their encounter at the party.  Funny because there are some days that her thoughts were filled about him. If he had already gone back to London, if she will ever see him again, if he still remembers her- the girl she met at the party. Now she can't believe, he was here right in front of her. The first week of September is the start of recruiting volleyball members at their school. It is the moment she has been waiting for to join and be a part of the team. Actually, she has been preparing herself for this. She started practicing a month ago with Kaycee. Funny because it looks like the latter got persuaded in her passion for volleyball because all of a sudden she just made a decision that she also want to join the initiation and do the try-out. "What made you late in going home this time?" Her father asked that evening.It's been days she intended to come home late. She usually reasoned out her practice for volleyball and sometimes she stays at Kaycee's house and does the homework to skip dinner with them. She remembered being told by her Dad this morning to come home early for they will have special visitors to join them for dinner. She guessed another business associate or might be a family friend so she intentionally came home late to skip it for she don't have any interest to meet them. What for? She doesn't feel like she belongs in the family anyway?"We have a school presentation tomorrow and we're in a hurry to finish it because we're lacking out of time. That's the reason why I'm late in going home." She explained."I told you to come home early tonight because I have an important visitor to come and I want them to meet the whole family."

That night her heart wallowed in deep pain, waling away from the garden feeling imbecile.  Her heart was bleeding in so much pain and bitterness. It hurts so deep like she was dying little by little.
