" shouldn't you be like locked up in a hospital where you shouldn't move? " Alex asked me as she helped me to literature class, one hand around my shoulder and the second one around my waist.       " would you like to be rid of me? " I asked her with a frown     " no.. You are just too impossible.. Just use your crutches to walk Betty. The doctor gave you for a reason " she said     " yeah he gave me to make me look stupid. Not happening " I said and continued to work.    " you know I'm going to be late for my own class Betty so let's increase the pace " she said holding me tightly.     " don't I look like I'm already in a lot of pain just walking like this " I hissed out in pain and stared at Alex but guess what, she wasn't listening..      " Alex " I yelled and followed her glance to where Cole was, I can't forget what he looked like, he is the only white haired boy in this school so excuse me for recognizing him.

ELIZABETH:      " Eliza!! " Cheryl called out to me and smiled, a smile on her face. I'm already getting used to her so I smiled at her back. I like the sound of my name on her lips       " hey " I whispered as she got to me, the smile never leaving her face.     " good morning.. How is your leg? " she said and collected my books from me.     " well I'm surviving aren't I? " I said and smiled at her before walking out of the locker room with her beside me and I couldn't believe it, that me, I was beaming widely with Cheryl by my side...       As we moved forward I met a pair of hazel eyes staring at me and I stopped and locked eyes with him. I can't forget his face...      " hi, I haven't officially met you " he said extending his hands out to me.  " I'm Adam " he added and grinned, like he won the lottery or something. I hated his smile...      " Elizabeth. " I mumbled and looked away. " I don't like handshakes "

" hey Betty .. You excited for dinner tonight? " Alex cued as she took the seat opposite mine. It is lunch time now and I could see people filing in and out of the cafeteria.      " Alex.. Well I am. How was advanced maths " I asked her as I sipped my drink gently. Alex dropped her bag on the floor and put her phone on the table. She had a big smile on her face too.     " well. As much as I like maths, advanced class is just so annoying. Why can't I be in your maths class " she whined and took my bag of chips before opening it.      " one that's my own lunch so go order yours. The line is just ten feet away  from here " I said and I snatch my bag of chips from her right before she opened it.  " two your brain is just too big Alex so deal with the maths class. Don't worry to make you feel better, we still have eleven months till graduation " I said and took a bite out of my chips.      " wow I feel so much better " she said in sarcasm...

BEGINNING OF DREAM:::          " hey hey " I heard a voice outside my window that night. I checked the time on the clock, it was 11:30pm, nearly midnight and here I was hugging my knees as I wept profusely..       Why did he do that? Why did he try to do that? Isn't he my dad?     Then I started hearing sounds on my window, like stones were being thrown on it so I stood up, pulled my jacket over my body and opened the window, only to reveal Dena in her school clothes from earlier with a bunch of pebbles in her hand not to forget the wide smile on her face.        " didn't you go home earlier? " I asked her and she nodded before smiling again.       " where... Did you go somewhere? " I asked again.       " yes Eliza " she said putting her hands into the pockets of  her leather jacket        " do you know its past midnight " I asked again still staring at her. She had a scowl on her face now.       " yes I

As soon as the bell rang signaling the last period, I packed my bag hurriedly and moved out of the view of everyone before finding my way to the library to use my free period.       I entered the library and gave the librarian a smile before walking to my special shelf where I had hidden a lot of books for my leisure time. I bent down and looked at the books, trying to pick one to read for this period.      I finally settled for " A chance at true love " and a smile tugged at my lips, I have been wanting to read this book since but haven't had the chance. I walked to the free roll where there wasn't any people before sitting down. I placed my earpiece in both if my ears before opening the book so I can start reading. You might find it weird but I can listen to music and at the same time read, well because it makes me feel like I'm in the book.      " Betty "     I flipped open another page of the book and another smile formed at my lips as I p
