Emma's POV I ran frantically out of the hotel , as the same memory kept coming back . Cole's face grinning wickedly, a machete in hand , nearer and nearer cussing at me. His insults a constant reminder of the wrong decisions I made in my life. His painful insults like a dagger constantly stabbing my frail heart. Emma's POV The nurse drew the curtains allowing beams of light to strike my sleepy face.
