"Hmmm, p..lea..se exc..use me." Gabby managed to say as she quickly stood up from the dining table and ran off to Terrence's room which unshed tears. Immediately she shut the door behind her, she fell on the floor and let the tears fall. "How could I be so stupid? How could I let history repeat itself? How could I let myself be used by another man?" She cried. After what seemed like hours, Gabby managed to grab herself from the floor, proceeded to the bathroom to splash water on her face after which she changed her clothe from Terrence's shirt which she was putting on to the dress she wore the previous night. After getting all dressed up, Gabby decided she wasn't ready to face Terrence and his daughter and most importantly the Beautiful lady whom she assumed was Terrence's Wife. Thinking of another way to escape, She finally found another exit beside the guest room. She got out of Terrence's house, hailed a Taxi, and headed home. .

SIX WEEKS LATERGabby woke up with the immediate need to throw up. She jumped from her bed and walked as fast as her legs could carry her to the bathroom. She emptied the contents of her stomach in the toilet. Feeling very weak after all, Gabby decided to sit on the floor to regain her lost energy and after feeling a little bit okay. She rose to her feet, brushed her teeth, and had her bath. If today was a weekend, She would have gotten back to bed to rest some more. But unfortunately, She had to be at work in a couple of minutes. This was how Gabby has been feeling for the past five days. She often feels nauseous and being a coffee lover, she found it very strange that even the smell of coffee makes her feel uncomfortable. Being someone who was always health-conscious, Gabby had set an appointment with her doctor which she would be meeting later on today. Satisfied with how she looked, Gabriela reached for her handbag, car keys, and exited the room.
