“Hey! Are you ok?” Ivy asked her as she walked into the room with Cassidy behind her. Ivy had managed to run away from the Silver Moon Pack. She’d used her mate bond to reach out to Cain, and luckily for her, Cain and Calypso were returning to their new home from a mission and she happened to be along their path. Because of unforeseen circumstances, she’d been away from Cain for six months, and they couldn’t have been happier to be with each other. No-one could find her though. She giggled as she watched the little boy run up the path to her. An exact replica of his father, his stormy eyes were gleaming with excitement as he ran towards his mother. Vee, the girl who had been looking after him for the day, was right behind him.“Alpha, I’m so sorry, but he really wanted to see you,” Vee apologized just as the little boy jumped into his mother’s awaiting arms.“It’s ok Vee!
