It excited her to carry out her official duties, it excited her every time she had on that shield, every time she flashed that metal power in someone's face and every time she said, "Tia Sparrow, NYPD detective", it all excited her. The shield was her ticket to barge in to any where, screaming at the top of her voice, "NYPD!
