Allen and the party were leading a leisurely life right now, if they did not enjoy as much as they could then what was even the purpose of them joining here. Couldn't they just start a shop.They did not completely stop their work though. The real problem was that what the president had performed was not very achievable by them. They had tried to copy the same experiment in the same species of pig, but instead of flat, strong teeth his teeth had no observable effect( or maybe had grown weaker). They could not continue the research with their current tech(just pointless torturing of the animal) It seemed more advanced technology was used by top researchers of the institution. Also they had more gathered knowledge from other areas of research that Allen and others wither did not have access to or were not up to date with(Tens of years of experiments

In the president's office,the president wore a hat on his head and took a stick with him,and said"Are you prepared Steven."  Steven replied"Just a moment,puting the files back"  Charles said"No need.They are gonna get burned anyways,just throw them aside,if someone does get them it will be his luck.We gotta go now"  Steen hesitated but went outside after continous insistence of Charles.He threw the papers and they fell straight into the trash basket.  And they were gone from there very soon.  Meanwhile at the department.Allen said"What,are you gonna ask me for my last words or tell yours.I assure you that we..." 

Allen stood on a vast plain, overseeing the fields all around him, he enjoyed the feeling. But the vibration he constantly felt dampened his feelings.  So Allen finally woke up after his body was constantly shaking. Is it now in fashion to shake someone awake? Allen located his surroundings with his hazy eyes, he was being carried on the back of someone.  He struggled and they both fell down, Allen got up and dusted off his clothes, though the dust was non-existent. Right now his legs were in the air, not that he attained some meditation state but Moth was grabbing him by his collar right now.  He was barking something but Allen couldn't tell what it was so he had to guess.  "Okay my bad" 

The government had tried to keep some details hidden, reporters got some things out. The rumors were in the air that some kind of barrier was preventing any force from effectively using their weapons. The domains had sprung across the area starting from the institute and were spreading throughout the whole of the country. More and more cities reported such areas being created somewhere near them. The ability to see the river flow only worked at night. At daytime, it was like the stars, covered by the sunlight.'What could cover a thing like that?'
