Time was passing ,each one second is like one year for Sarah .She is in dilemma ,she knew marrying him is like doing a suicide but she can't let her mother die .Finally gaining all her strength she nod and said :" I am ready for marriage .Please save my ammi ".Arham switch off the alarm ,he keep his phone back to the pocket and said : ' good decision , listen we will get married after your mother surgery .It was my favor that I am let you stay here for surgery but I am trusting you that you will not back off from the marriage after your mother surgery ".
