"You're confidently telling me that your people didn't do this? How are you so sure though? Who else would daringly walk into my territory and kill my men without considering the consequences of their brashness?" He hissed and Kira mentally face palms herself.   Damien's unreasonable hate has definitely blinded him to the point where he can't even tell the difference between a werewolf attack and an attack from something or someone else.  The red spots on their necks, the dryness of their bodies coupled with how pale it had become so quickly are obvious signs that a werewolf was not responsible for this. "I gat to ask Damien, are you stupid, blind or do you simply choose to be both?" Kira fired at him in frustration. "Take a look at these men and make use of those owl eyes of yours. Are you really of the belief that a werewolf could do this to a body without leaving one obviou

"Fuck it!" Damien hissed under his breath as soon he saw the rogues approaching them.Kira had not seen them coming at her which was why he had pushed her out of the way but in that process he got scratched and his injury was way worse than he thought. His shirt was all torn up and the bleeding from his arm seemed like it wasn't stopping anytime soon.Kira's eyes shifted to Damien's arms and she panicked. "Oh my goodness, you are bleeding." She cried out and hurriedly checked out the cut on his arms but he slapped her hands away."It's all thanks to you anyways so there's no need to act like you actually care." He said nonchalantly.Although Kira wasn't expecting such a reply, she ignored him anyway and quickly handed him her handkerchief to clean up his bleeding arm.He chuckled. "You seem to be forgetting we heal quite fast. There's absolutely no need to get all worked up." He replies to her in a low tone, his eyes still fixated on the wolv

Damien and Kira sat in silence as they watched the fire slowly threaten to go out. Damien's eyes were closed as he tried to analyse what had happened to them earlier. As far he knew, Rogues were either outcasts, exiled or banished werewolves or sometimes unsatisfied werewolves who preferred to roam freely and they don't exactly attack for no justifiable reason. Everything about the entire situation felt weird but he couldn't figure out what exactly was off about it. He already figured out they were no ordinary wolves as the injury they inflicted still hurt like hell and strangely wasn't healing as fast as it should. As much as he didn't want to pay attention to it, he couldn't help it as he put the words Kira had said to him and weighed them side by side with the rogue attack. He could attest to the fact that werewolves around the world were very much divided and instead of working together, they would rather kill themselves just to prove a point on which pac

"Well, why am I not surprised!" Draco drawled as he wasn't surprised.    "I could immediately tell they weren't behind it. For some reason, I had a feeling that something was most definitely off and I know for a fact that you knew this too. I mean come on, the dead bodies were so skinny and dry almost as if their blood was drained out completely and such a thing cannot be done by any werewolf." Draco stated.   Damien rubbed his eyes with his index and thumb. He was so fucking exhausted because he had little to no sleep.    "Apparently Draco, there's a new villain in town and they're called the creatures cursed by the sun." Damien said with a sarcastic tone and Draco frowned.    "Huh?" Draco asked as he was confused by his statement.   "Creatures cursed by the sun? What are you talking about? What is that?" Draco asked.   "You know what, nevermi

Sheila paced around impatiently at the old cottage as she waited for the idiot that was supposed to be here about ten minutes ago but was already running late.    She wasn't exactly the most patient person in the world and knowing just how terribly he has been on her nerves as of late, she hoped she would have the self control to hold herself back from lashing out at him and getting caught.    The fact that she was out this late at night was simply because the idiots she had assigned a simple assignment failed to carry it out and now she has no other choice but to warn them against lurking around so they don't end up ruining everything.    A hiss from behind Sheila distracted her from her thoughts and she immediately turns and spots the idiot that had been delaying her.    "We agreed on a set time you idiot! What the hell is wrong with you?" She hissed harshly at him.

TEN DECADES EARLIER     The thunder cried out loudly whilst the heavy downpour graced the earth and the leaves danced in the direction of the wind.    "There will come a time when two packs of different origin will have to come together to unite our kind and fight against a greater force that will test the strength and the unity of all werewolves. If our kind do not take precaution and beware of the danger that looms, there will be an inevitable extinction as the evil grows day by day and they are waiting patiently for the right time to strike and destroy. The moon goddess pleads for her children to be warned as they are already right in front of them."    Lionel woke up panting heavily from his repetitive dream once again. After what the seer had told him a few days ago, he has been so restless and unable to sleep.   Her message kept replaying in his head over and over

PART II: ALPHA TRUE LUNA

The day was becoming bright as the dark blue sky slowly changed into a much lighter blue. The chirping birds flew happily in the sky and the already busy people roamed around doing their duties and whilst some prepared for the long day ahead.    Kira yawned carelessly before she got up from her bed and stretched every part of her body. Her entire face looked like a hot mess with her hair disheveled and all over the place and her eyes swollen from all the reading she had done the night before. She also had a headache as she had stayed up almost all through the night, reading from one scroll to the next.    After the discovery of what really happened ten decades ago, she could not help but be curious to know more and this led her to reading more and more scrolls to understand what had really happened and put the pieces back together. She could literally envision how Alpha Alberto had convinced Alpha Lionel to attack her people and ho

PART II: Chapter 27

"Absolutely not happening Draco!" Damien hissed as soon as he heard the idea Draco had come up with.  "You promised you were going to comply no matter how ridiculous it sounded," Draco fired back at him and Damien scowled.  "When you said ridiculous, I had no fucking idea you cooked up something this foolish in that head of yours but then again, what was I expecting? You've always had the ability to say the most outrageous things," Damien said with a frown and Draco sighed.  "Okay, I get it sounds weird and all but is there a reason you can't make such a small sacrifice? I mean, if you do as I asked, it'd make her finally feel welcomed by you and also, you can finally have a one on one conversation with her in a cool and calm atmosphere. Doesn't that sound great?" Draco asked and Damien rolled his eyes.  "You seem to be forgetting that a certain someone won't

PART II: Chapter 28

"Do I really have to wear this?" Kira asked with a disgusted look on her face as she scrutinized the black dress Marianne had handed to her.  "Well, it's either this or the other one and since you already threw that one away, this is all we have left," Marianne replied, mentally cursing the minute she agreed to help Kira get dressed. She definitely didn't expect her to be so picky about everything.  "Forget the dress, do you have any idea why Damien wants to see me? It's very unlike him to invite me anywhere. He literally hates my guts and so do I," Kira ranted and Marianne mentally rolled her eyes.  "How about you just find that out by yourself Kira? I mean, I'm simply following orders and there's no way in hell, I'd know what my Alpha is thinking. All I can tell you is, Draco asked that I get you dressed up cause Alpha Damien wants to have dinner with you and talk about important iss

PART II: Chapter 29

"Hey, you okay?" Draco asked, noticing the sullen look on Kira's face.  "Do I look like I'm not okay?" Kira asked boredly and Draco immediately sensed the unfriendliness in her tone.  "Did Damien do something?" Draco asked, wondering what his friend could have done wrong now. He had hoped that the dinner would help resolve the tension between them but judging by the look on Kira's face, he didn't think it worked.  "Must everything that concerns me revolve around him? Am I also not allowed to be tired without everyone thinking he has something to do with it?" she lashed out and Draco's eyes grew ten times wider in shock. The last thing he expected was Kira raising her voice at him and he couldn't help but wonder what Damien could have said wrong this tim
