After a long day at work, Kaia went home and went to bed as early as possible. She didn’t forget to do her yoga session though. She always feels tired nowadays, it feels like sleeping is not making her well. She looked at the clock before she went to sleep and smiled when she saw that it was only 9:00 o’clock. She was able to catch up with Jane and she was glad that she did not have any issues with her during the last three years she has seemed to have lost. She is just staying scooped up in Taylor’s apartment and not wanting to go out, afraid someone might call her again with a different name. There were still times that she felt like she had dissociated from the world as she sometimes cannot tell what is happening but those were just little moments. Not a big deal.    Her throat hurts, she is silently trying to wipe her eyes as she stares ahead. She has been trying to keep the tears from flowing down her cheeks when a finger pokes her nose. She wiped her nose and sniffled lightly before throwing a pillow at the man on the floor. Apparently,    “Why do you always pick this when you always end up crying?” he said laughing at her.

They went inside the restaurant and were assisted by a booth. They were asked for their orders and Taylor chose their specials for tonight. They are going to have a long drive and she’s sure he does not want to get hungry while on the road.    They went back to the inn where they were staying and just took their things, settled their bill and were about to go in Taylor’s truck when she saw the couple again. They were heading out of the neighboring inn and it looks like they are going to take a night walk. She went straight to the stairs, their unit is on the second floor and she is okay with using the stairs instead of the lift. She unlocked her door and was expecting the light to turn on but it didn’t. She worriedly searched for her phone in the bag and used its flashlight. She went to the living room and tried the lights as well but there seemed to be no power.   She looked outside the window to see that other buildings are well lit while theirs isn’t. She went to the kitchen and opened the fridge to get some water but was also surprised that it seemed to be turned off though the water was still cool. She was surprised when Keanna took the light that night, she didn't know what Kyla would be doing. She is the other alter of Keanna and she likes to party, she is always rebellious, she likes doing things that a decent woman wouldn’t do. She is not someone who would break the law per se but she is troublesome. They usually have a conflict whenever she takes the light.  She came out because Keanna has been dormant for a long time and Kyla has been nothing but folly and troublesome. She just does things she wants to do without even thinking about the consequences. She knew this because half of the time that Keanna was dormant she was able to see Kyla and what she does, although there were times that she is blocked out and most often that not when those times occur, she would need to be out the next day so she could fix whatever it is that Kyla has done.
