Kathryn's POV  I didn't think it was possible for someone to have that kind of power, I thought that Tabitha was just tricking me to forgive her for leaving me centuries ago. I thought that it was all a lie.  Until I met Elena. I have always been gifted with a third eye. When I lost my ability to practice magic, I spent years trying to get back what I had lost. I still can't do magic but after decades of trying and failing, I finally found my third eye again. I have been around for a long long long time and I have seen a lot of things, I have seen witches with immense power but in the years I have lived, I have never met someone like Elena. A long time ago came a prophecy about a young witch, a witch so powerful, she could move mountains, it was said that the witch was going to be the grand witch. There has only been one grand witch in the history of witches. 

Elena's POV   So now that I have done my water testing, Kathryn said that she be testing earth, my control of gravity. I didn't think she meant what she said but she was sure that she meant that I should be able to fly.   That will certainly be a hard one to achieve, I have never heard or seen a witch in flight before. She said that I should be ready for it. She also said that it would take a lot of power to ascend.   I was ready to take my next test but Kathryn said that I needed to learn patients and in l should take a day off, take it easy and regain my strength. I couldn't believe what I could do.     When I was in the ocean, it was like I was with the water, I closed my eyes and visualised what I wanted then I was able to control the water with my mind and arms. Elena's POV I must say that when my husband said that he had a surprise for me, the last thing I expected was to see Mason, especially when I had missed him so much. He has been a great help and I needed him here. I never thought that I could ever have a friend that meant this much for me and he has just told me some disturbing news about my past, I am still trying to figure out how everything fits together. When Jonathan came back with Mason the ladies had decided to join me on the beach, Tabitha made us her special cocktail and we drank and had fun. They both told me a lot of stories about their long lives. The both of them are very old. Kathryn said that she was married and that she had a beautiful daughter, she is a vampire but she atleast got a chance to live like a human. I asked her why she didn't turn her family and she said that this was a curse she didn't wish on anyone. 

Elena's POV I am glad that Jonathan knows the truth and that everything is now out in the open. We have indeed learned a great deal about the situation that we are in but most importantly how we all got in this situation. I can see why Tabitha feels responsible for it all. I can see why she thinks that this all her own doing. It might be true that Cole came in the village looking for Tabitha but she didn't tell him to do all of those things. She didn't tell him to come back to the village two decades ago and threaten a young girl. I suppose I would feel that way if I was in her position but if we are really wing honest, I think that our people failed her. She was a one of their own and they turned her back on her. They could have helped her. The way I see this, it's all their fault.
