A Hug After dinner, Crista sat on the bed, flipping through a magazine. William was sitting on the sofa with a laptop, typing something. Crista thought that he should not be with her if he was so busy. If he continued to stay with her, then she would feel indebted to him, but she knew that she was responsible because she had brought it upon herself. However, she couldn’t help but shiver when she thought of what Lewis had done to her. William was busy dealing with the e-mails, so he didn't pay her any attention. He thought that she would have fallen asleep, but when he looked at her, he saw that she was staring out of the window in a daze. It was obvious that Lewis' actions earlier that day had left a scar on her mind. He wanted to ignore her and continue with his work, but when he saw her again, his heart was filled with an uneasy feeling. Crista sensed his shadow above her, lifted her head, and asked, "Are you done?"
