Chapter 21

He had his legs open and I stood between them, but there was still some distance between us even though it was a short distance. I met his eyes with a bravery that I did not know I possessed, "have you caved, my Aphrodite?" he asked me with a cockiness only he could make seem attractive and had the buds of my bosoms hardening, "have you come to seek satisfaction from me, your lover?" he asked me as he sat upright and moved his hands off the table before he placed them on my waist and suddenly pulled me into his body. I gasped, my hands placed on his chest to catch my balance. He tightened his thighs, keeping me locked in place as his cold fingers began to dance on the exposed skin of my stomach, "because I would be more than happy to please you," his green eyes began to change colour as his voice dropped an octave. He leaned down, his face merely centimetres from mine. His pointy nose was pressed against my small, broad, button nose, "

Chapter 22

"Good morning, Lady Aphrodite," my ladies in waiting greeted me as I stepped out of my bath and into my chambers, looking for my dress. I smiled at them, acknowledging their greeting as they rushed to continue their jobs of dressing me for the day, "is this to your taste?" one of my ladies asked me as she gestured towards the green dress that would be more revealing and provocative than the one I wore yesterday. I nodded my head, smiling as I thought about how Master Abigor would react. I felt powerful knowing that I could bring out such a reaction from my master. I didn't have to do much, never having to bend over backwards for him to desire me and what I could give him. Just a simple show of skin had my master being a lustful mess. As I was being helped into my dress I looked at my already made bed, my e

Chapter 23

The sun had just set and I was standing on my balcony, looking out into the gardens and at the star covered sky. The moon was half full and I enjoyed the light that it provided as I watched the little flecks of orange fire light in the distance. Master Abigor's home sat at the very top of a mountain and we were surrounded by a thick forest, with big, beautiful, lush trees. Yet during the night the forest took on such a dark aura, it looked terrifying, so I always tried my best to stay inside whenever the sun set. I have come to the realization that Master Abigor disappears during the day, doing what? I myself wonder because am I not his most important task? As a woman that he is courting, I would presume that he would be available to me for 24 hours. I lightly scoff at my thoughts, such possessiveness and demand and we have yet to marry. I wanted to be the one who told him that I accepted his courtship and would gl

Chapter 24

There was a definite shift in the air around the manor. Every person was lively and excited because word had spread within the castles walls that I was to wed Master Abigor and in a matter of time, the word will spread further and further until all will know. I am barely able to rid the smile on my face as my fingers delicately touch my lips and I think of how Master Abigor had kissed me under the moonlight on my balcony. I can feel my heart pick up speed as my mind is flooded with the memory of how it felt as though I were floating. His lips had felt so cold yet so good moving against my own warm ones. He held me in place as his lips explored my own and pretty soon our hands had been all over each other's bodies as though we could not possibly get any closer. I was pulled out of my fantasy at the sound of the oak doors being pushed open and I looked up to face my seamstress. I simply looked at the plump woman who

Chapter 25

It was strange getting a request from Master Abigor to accompany him on a walk through the gardens. I, of course, obliged and simply covered myself in a fur robe that kept me warm against the harsh winds. He had yet to say a word since we stepped out of the mansions walls and walked along the pathway through the gardens, being met with various smells of his various flowers. I drifted off in my thoughts, wondering where our wedding venue would be. I partially wanted it to be in the gardens, among the most rare of flowers. "My Aphrodite," Abigor broke the silence and I turned my head in his direction, looking up to meet his eyes, "what if I were to tell you that I hold all the answers?" "All the answers to which questions, Master Abigor?" I asked him, furrowing my eyebrows in suspicion as I wondered what could be bothering him so much. "The answers to immortality." "Immortali

Chapter 26

I awoke with a start, gasping for breath and a scream tore past my lips as I sat upright. My eyes looked around my bedroom anxiously for those bright red eyes and long fangs. However, instead of the dark night and a male vampire, my curtains had been drawn open and the sunshine was peeking into my bedroom. There was nothing of threat around me and I swallowed nervously before looking at my hands that were shaking from fear. It all had felt so real. Could it possibly have been a dream? I brought my fingers to my neck where Master Abigor had bitten me yet I felt nothing except my usual skin. No bruise, no pain, nothing of that sort. I settled down and let out a shaky breath as I brought my knees to my chest and smoothed my hands over my hair. I covered my eyes with my hands and sat in silence for a moment so that I could wrap my head around the fact that I had a terrible dream.

Chapter 27

Whenever my mind felt clouded with thoughts, doubts and fears, I expressed my emotions and released my frustrations through music and dance. That is why I loved what I did for a living. It was only a bonus that such that brought me relief, brought large fortune for my master. I sat in the music room that Master Abigor had designed for me that had the best of instruments created specifically for me. Today, I sat with a cello between my legs and resting the top piece in between my neck and shoulder as I diligently pulled at the strings. I had one of the only 5 cellos made in our time by an artist in Italy. My eyes were closed as I created a tune with each string pulled. I could feel my worries and concerns slip away with each high string pulled as I continued playing as though I had an entire audience watching me. My face pulled with each string and my ears were pleased with what they heard as I

Chapter 28

My hands covered Abigor's with a tight desperate grip as he lightly chuckled near my ear and kept placing sweet kisses on my neck. I shivered, the affection distracting me from my fear of riding a steed. Master Abigor's steed was a big, black and healthy stallion with a coat that shined in the moonlight. It obeyed every command and galloped in such a manner as though it could see in the dark. Master Abigor had his arms wrapped around my body, holding me close to his build as he gripped the reins of the horse to direct its way. What started off as a frightening ride, turned into a wonderful and fun filled experience. Even though we had yet to say any words to each other I enjoyed the way I could feel the strong muscles of the steed move with each confident gallop through the forest. My eyes looked around at all that we passed, taking in the inside of the dark forest that I would only gaze at fro

Chapter 29

I laid in the warm water that was slowly becoming cold, lost in my thoughts and doubts. Master Abigor was a dark, arcane and mysterious man who no doubt certainly had to have secrets. I felt every time he said words to me, they held a secret meaning that I were supposed to pick up on. But what could the secret possibly be? It was eating me alive because I knew that there was something he wanted me to find out or know about, but what could it be? Why should he be so secretive about it? Can he simply not tell me what it is that he needs me to know? I realize that he possibly loves to watch me struggle. I see the amused gleam in his eyes whenever he utters his alluding words. Master Abigor drives me to insanity, from his dark words with an underlying meaning to his touches and kisses.  I can still feel h

Chapter 30

I sat on the edge of Master Abigor's bed nervously twiddling my thumbs as I avoided his gaze and tried my best to appear as calm as could be. He had called for me at the time of sunset and I made my way to his chambers. "The wedding preparations are underway," he confidently mentioned as he walked around the bed, holding out a glass filled with wine and I accepted the glass, needing whatever it may be that may help me to not give anything away. I would hate for Master Abigor to find out that I were a thief and prying around his private matters, "that is pleasant to hear," I responded dryly, struggling to articulate words as I avoided looking him in the eye. His body was standing in front of me and I hoped that he would move away and not be so close to me. He placed a cold finger beneath my chin and I was forced to meet his eyes as he lifted my chin up. I peered up at him, his green eyes holding
