Carolina’s mother, Karen, bathed herself and made breakfast. She looked and felt much better than she had yesterday. A few hours later, Carolina made her way downstairs and into the kitchen. The morning sunlight poured into the kitchen. 3 days later … Carolina pulled her car into the hotel parking lot. This afternoon she would be meeting and interviewing about the Companion position.
