REBECCA’S POV I never really realized that being at home alone was… lonely. Since I was busy writing stories, I never noticed anything in particular – not even the time, my hungry belly and my unwashed hair. It felt like time was ticking fast and smoothly, making me forget about reality. But now that I am free – well, temporarily, I get to notice every small detail that happens to me, even on my surroundings and I find it a bit… weird.
