I quickly walked there. I bent down and picked it up from the floor. My eyes widened as I stared at that piece of paper in horror. "NO ONE CAN TAKE MY ROSE AWAY FROM ME” It was written with blood.I got up and turned back ready to inform everyone when“AHH!!”Suddenly someone stabbed me in stomach. At Tim Corporation, Paris9:15 a.m.Rosaline’s P.O.V.I was stacking all the files neatly making sure there should not be any flaws. I was too excited for the meeting of our company with Romano Corporation.I am a huge fan of Antonio Romano. He has always been my role model. I love sports cars and the Romano Co. were the top manufacturers of cars like Porsche 911 and Porsche 718 Boxter. At such a young age, Antonio Romano has established his empire so well and productively. While I was lost in my own thoughts, suddenly Jenniefer barged inside the room making me flinched.“What are you doing here? Let’s go, they had arrived”“WHAT?”I immediately grabbed my tab from the desk and rushed outside. The entrance was blocked by all the staffs, media reporters and guards. My eyes widened. I groaned in pain as I felt my head throbbing. I clutched my head and massaged my temple a little to soothe the excruciating pain. I looked and found myself in a deluxe bedroom. Hot tears rolled down my cheeks as I saw the lifeless body of that maid laying on the cold floor whom my own husband had murdered. I rushed towards her but Xavier immediately held my arm from behind stopping me.“Don’t ruin your clothes. Now go and make breakfast”, he spoke in an indifferent tone. Seriously, this man has a stone heart! I glared him furiously and snatched my arms away from him.“You will never change Xavier. You will always remain the same sick PSYCHOPATH WHOM I LEFT TWO YEARS AGO!!!“, I yelled but in an instant my face got turned to the left as Xavier backhanded me. The impact was so strong that I couldn’t maintain my balance and fell down on the floor. I held my throbbing ch

Rosaline’s P.O.V.Xavier entered the room, his dark aura instantly dropped the temperature of this abandoned, creepy dungeon more. The air around me became so bone-chilling, I felt as if thousands of needles are piercing my skin. His face didn’t showed an ounce bit of remorse nor sadness. His icy gaze met mine with an impassive countenance. My heart twitched as I stared in his eyes which were cold like a deserted, frozen lake without any ripple in it. He has become so indifferent and ruthless. The Xavier whom I had loved he couldn’t even tolerate a mere scratch on me but the man who he is standing infront of my eyes has marred my heart with millions of indelible scars.Xavier then started walking towards me. I didn’t had any energy left in me to get up. I kept lying down there while watching everything silently. He crouched down to my level and untied me. He then made me sat up and slowly peeled that fucking tape off my mouth. I was looking down all the
