I was brought up in an orphanage home, I don't know my parents or any relative. The head of the orphanage home told me that some doctors brought me here because I was left in the hospital. When I reached the age of 18, I started working to save some money to get an apartment and to furthermore on my education, I was a high school graduate. Mrs. Williams, my adopted mother sent me to school up to High School. I don't have friends in the orphanage home, the kids always bullied me because of that I feel dejected and I decided to be on my own. After two years, I was able to gather some money and left the orphanage home, I applied to some universities to further my education but I was rejected. I knocked on Mr. Moreno's door to give him his coffee and asked what he will have for breakfast but he did not answer me, I keep on knocking until my knuckle turns white. I decided to turn back but I collide with my boss making me emptying all the coffee on his white shirt. "This is more than I ever imagine, everything looks good thank for your help," Mrs. Moreno said to me "I am glad you like it ma'am" I smile at her "Please Laura call me Clara," She said "Ok ma'....... I want to apologize on behalf of my son, I know the way he treated you is not nice at all" She rubs her hand on her forehead "Luca is not always like this, my son is the very kind-hearted man I have ever seen, he became like this because of all the atrocity his ex-fiancé did to him. Since then he never trusts anybody again most especially women. I am so sorry for whatever insult he passed on you because of that" She said with tears in her eyes. "Please Eva, don't cry, I am sure he will come to his sense and be a better person you said he is" I wipe her tears and hug her. LAURA P.O.V. "Wake up sleepyhead" I heard a familiar voice. When I came back home yesterday I called her to inform her that I am back at home and I am not working with my arrogant boss again, she asked me what happened and I told her that I will explain to her the next day. Tracy climb on the bed beside me and hug me, she told me to stand up and freshen up that breakfast is ready. After breakfast, I explained all that happened at work to her and she hugs me. "Don't worry, you will find another work very soon" She said "I don't know why men just see me as a sex toy" I can feel my tears rolling down my cheek "Can't I get a good job without them thinking to have sex with me. "Hello Laura" Clara said and I stand still in front of her thinking of what she is doing at my place."Hi ma'am, I mean Clara" She pulls me closer and hugs me."Can I come in?" She said after releasing me from her hug but to be sincere I did not hug her back because I don't know if I am in trouble or it is good news, for her to be standing in front of my apartment."Laura, can you hear me?" She snapped her fingers in front of me jolting me out of my thought."Yes, please come in" I move aside for her to come in.I switch off the music and pack all the cleaning stuff that I am using to the kitchen, I ask her what to offer her and she said anything will be fine.I went to the kitchen and grab a juice from the fridge and a cup, I put them on the table in front of her and pour the juice into the cup. To my surprise she takes the juice and drinks it, I think she will not drink it because it is not the usual juice the rich people can afford.
